No idea. You will not know till you get the engine in your hands with your clutch, bearings, and shoes of choice and start to build it. Especially considering that your collet height could vary.

ok but will the engine run with out any shims?? and how many do i need for the T3.0 engine

Watch my vid on glow plugs as you will want to use a different plug. You can run 20% and less but you will not get the performance of the higher nitro, may have to adjust shims, etc.

Or, you can find a friend to take the 16% off of you and buy the 25%.

squirell i need help again. Im going to order the hpi T3.0 for my ARN-1 and it says that i have to use 20-25% nitro but i only have 16% and i have lots of it will it work on the T3.0? or will it do harm?

I prefer the hold of a 3 shoe clutch but I am weary of the manufacturer. The Nova shoes are killer though.

    Id go with the Nova.

  10. lizardmannnn says:

Would it be better to get two nova 7075 clutch shoes for the revo or an integy 3 shoe conversion for the revo.

  11. Squirrelod says:

    they are all universal. yes.

  12. blueroost40 says:

do clutch shoes go on the same way for ever motor?

I’m trying to take the clutch bell of my engine. I dont know if its better that the engine be removed from the car, right now mine is not. Just wondering how to stop the pilot shaft from spinning so i can get the nut off?

  21. BryantGuitarre says:

what size screw do you need? If it differs depending on what kit you have what screw will fit in an XTM XT2?

i have the dynamite platinum 28 whith the sportwerks 3 shoe flywheel! and some black springs also from sportwerks!
and some random clutch shoes from ebay!

and when i put it all together i got this huge gap between the shoes and the flywheel!
it`s also a gab between the bell and the flywheel! because i had to use shims to make room for the bell to run freely!
    is this driveable? you think!
the problem is the springs and the nut! they dont fit together i think!
